command that overwrites the candidates of a surface form #15

Surface form "United States" has hundreds of candidates, most of which we don't we to spot for the anchor "United States". We only want to keep a few candidates. For now, the only way to do this is to remove the associations between SF and topic one by one. It would be useful to have a command that overrides the candidates of a surface form.
