feat($interactive.js): moving map when click left side panel #23

1.When click country/state/county in the left side panel, the map can move to there 2.fix a latent bug that when click countries expect USA on the map, the camera didn't move

  1. Comment a few console.log

The effect is like the GIF below, can @v3nd3774 test it and review my code. If it works on the development website, you can merge it~ ezgif-3-22d8ae6f9f90

Merged it into twitter branch since @kmeng01 is working on that branch and that is deployed to the dev endpoint.
