adding compatability to ubuntu focal #5

I would like to use the role on Ubuntu Focal 20.04. I have updated the role so it is compatible with this operating system. The changes are largely based on the Ubuntu Bionic role.

Please also add Ubuntu Focal to the supported platforms in meta/main.yml.

I've been updating all our roles this week to have a more consistent style. I didn't want to offload the rebase'ing, squashing and so on you, so I did the rest of the work in #8 and left you as author. I've also just pushed a new release v2.4.0, including your changes with the support for Ubuntu Focal to Ansible Galaxy. Sorry again for the delay.
