Default rolls 2d6 not 1d6 #48

According to the 'Standard Notation' and the readme default should be 1d6.

Added a line of explanation to the README - let me know if it doesn't makes sense?

Figured updating the default behavior would seem odd for existing uses, so instead documented the original intent 👍
