as it stands, ANY client does not have a clean and concise way of organizing their CSS into different togglable areas, this PR is intended to fix that, CSS is located in Documents/idkr/css folder and any .css extension will be recognized upon reboot, they can be hotswappable

Code Changes

main.js: addition of ensuring that the idkr/css dir exists
settings.js: like what USED to be the userscripts, this now contains a generator for each script with a toggle
global.js: beef and potatoes, most of the stuff happens here, possible to be done in game.js but a lot of helper functions are in global

~NOTE: there are a couple of debugger comments that should probably get removed at some point~ got rid of with e384398

maybe instead of documents/idkr/css it would be better to use the resswapper css folder, and you can toggle any css file there.
