I know I might be giving harsh opinions but I'll be honest here... This PR does some stuff that are against how I want the readme to be like.

The main reason I'm against merging this PR is lack of information. In my opinion, a readme should be informative rather than being fancy. Simple readme is good but I think this PR lacks some of the important information.

First thing is the lack of information on downloads. I think download links should be clear as to what you're about to download, such as the file type (especially for Linux users), or what it does (installer or portable?). It probably should be clear about the supported CPU architecture too but I might just add it later. I think trying to cover all these downloads in this PR's badge style would be rather confusing. This PR also lacks the link to the wiki but I guess it can be added if you want to.

Another thing is... I don't know how its called, but this "trying to look better than what it actually is" thing - the first 3 features in the Features list are literally in the official client (They basically stole ANGLE Backend option from idkr but still...). Its like saying "you can view PDF with this browser!" in 2022.

I took too long to write this and forgot what I was going to say but anyway, I think you get what I mean. This PR gave me some ideas about rewriting readme but that's probably going to happen in another branch with my free time.
