Merge all html files in one #4

Since sid is required in almost all operations server architecture will be clear and simple if we aviod any POST requests, that transfers sid between pages. So the single page is prefered over multiple pages.

I've merged all files in main.html (you probably want to change its name to index.html, but it's not very important). Page changing is supported by anchors(everything after # in address bar). It's logics implementation is quite dirty, and certainly needs further improvements, but I test it a bit and its appropriate from my point of view.
