Allow saving seeds in a convenient way #54

Radamsa should have something like $ radamsa --(save|read)-seed <path> so that 
scripts could start it with a random seed and then just save it somewhere safe 
in case it is needed. 

Originally the seed was saved to something like <output-path>-0.seed, which was 
fairly inconvenient. A separate flag would be better.
