radamsa 0.2.* do poorly against some binary formats #62

Bit flipping beat Radamsa by a lot in one large test. This is likely due to too 
many targeted mutations that aren't disabled for data that doesn't match them, 
and also makes it worth checking the mutation distributions.

binary/textual classification is in place in current radamsa. extended version 
of this is planned for 0.3, but the current classification is enough for most 
use at the moment.
