Radamsa compile fails with cc: Internal error: Killed (program cc1) #65

This is known to happen in some newer versions (4.5.*?) of GCC, which 
apparently require much more memory to compile programs than everything up to 
4.4 did.

At least GCCs up to 4.4.5 and after 4.6.1 work ok.

Haven't seen this happening for a while, so likely GCC has fixed it. Closing.
