Add Good Practice - Add a new filter in the page

Client Requirement

Can you please add the “success factor” dropdown with the option to edit the filters. I will add the following once it is implemented:

Multi-year funding
Multi-sectoral approach
Community-led approach
Participatory design
Unearmarked funding
Conflict-sensitive approach

Where Are They?

Admin panel (add a Good Practice)

To Do

Add a new filter in the admin panel as screenshot below
- Clicking the '+' icon should open a modal where the user can add a new option
It should not be a mandatory field

@kopitek8 The 'Success Factor' option appears but the dropdown options do not appear. The green plus button does not appear so I cannot add the dropdown options.
