Layout for country pages: suggestion

Layout: Maybe we could put all of the free text items: contextual analysis, significant updates, monitoring challenges contacts, communications all together and THEN put the facts list, events list and documents. Otherwise, we forget about certain items.

Basically you want to reorder the sections in the country profile page. I will open this for voting, also please add the order of section as a list.
