Suggestion: country page by conflict/disasters #179

It would be practical to be able to have a conflict and a disaster tab in the country page. There is no need to see all facts/ events/ documents, conflict and disaster, in one list.

Or some sort of filter to only show conflict, disaster, or development... since MEs are usually working/monitoring on one or another...

The idea with the country pages is that you would be able to see both conflict and disasters on the page, as well as showing the portfolio allocation, i.e. seeing immediately which ME is responsible for each country and each area.
