Associating Stock facts to New displacement masterfacts #248

The database needs to allow for Stock facts to be associated with new displacement masterfacts, as often the calculation of ND relies on the variation between stocks.

I'm working on the database model changes to implement this. We still need to discuss how to it will look like on UX level (UX = user experience)

It would also be great to be able to associate any sub fact to master facts (e.g. I sometimes need to add "deaths" as subtracted figures from new displacement master facts that are based on housing destruction, to make sure that we don't overestimate the new displacement)
