IDMC Helix - v2.075 production: Link to event from fact #320

It would be good to have a link to the event that a fact is associated with. Currently we can see the event but there's no way to go to the event page in case one needs to review the event after reviewing the fact.... this is especially the case when the fact is opened in a new window and the event window has been closed.
