The project board has been restructured to include multiple views, extra statuses and other fields such as priority & size.

Issue templates have been created and are available across all repos under the organisation.

Epics can now be created following the README attached to the project (click the "Project Details button in the top-right").

Issue labels across the organisation have been standardised, and are maintained in two places - under organisation settings and in the .github repo. Included in that repo is a script for updating labels in existing repos, along with some documentation.
