RDF text/annot+turtle for Members does not apply .ttl extension to file returned #23

Issue Identified.

when requesting an annotated mediatype the response from Prez (API) included the 'anot+' prefix in the content-type header.

see: http://localhost:8000/v/vocab?_profile=prfl:mem&_mediatype=text/anot+turtle

PR merged. @jamiefeiss what is our usual process for updating the prez API version for IDN? Could we have a go at doing together perhaps?
