Confirm with ISU about agent indigeneity vocab #26

Potential work:

Add a new vocab called agent-indigeniety that extends the org-indigeniety vocab to include the indigeniety of individuals.
Alternatively, just add a new vocab called individual-indigeniety.

Jamie mentioned that there may be some controversy around the inclusion of these vocabs, so we should Confirm with ISU about what their preference is for this task.

@jamiefeiss If I were to send an email to ISU asking what there preference is for this work, would that be appropriate at this stage? / Who would I actually email about this?

I should talk to Levi about this to confirm if we want to have an Indigenous Agents vocab, Potentially we don't want to 'pin' an Indigenous status to individuals?
