Example Metadata Entry Tool entries to showcase FAIR & CARE #27

There are already lots of scored items in that demo cat but you try to aim for ranges of scores, you will put the tool through pretty good paces, and have specific examples to show it.

A range of metadata examples a) we need to update our demo catalogue, now that we have scores calculable via the Metadata Entry Tool and our Python Scores Calculator tool too b) we need a range of high, medium & low FAIR & CARE scoring resources c) make up clearly dummy researchers/examples to achieve this

13 May - just waiting on Jamie to update FAIR and CARE scores this week & for catalogue

22 Apr - Create Metadata Entry Tool examples using items in our demo catalogue at https://data.idnau.org/c/catalogs/pd:democat/resources and try and create a High, Medium & Low FAIR & CARE resource.
