Indicate AgentsDB on https://idnau.org/ #6

It's not currently possible to find the AgentsDB from https://idnau.org/. We need this to be listed as a resource somewhere.

It probably also needs a linking to from the MET. While it is integrated there, it should be able to be reached independently too.
