When we open a single post (View Single Post)

xxxX : PostNumber in thread

QR Loading with "Popup" ---> QR: oOops.. retry? or reset?

Try to click "Retry" ---> Retry Fetch CSS : not working, show the same popup.

Try to click "Reset" ---> with some warning message come after that:

This will delete/reset all saved data.

patch somewhere (in v4.1.0), should not be showing again.
somehow in particular condition it might raise :)
