Smiley Inside The Quote Unexpectedly Gone

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using r439
2. Quoting with some Smiley inside the quote
3. Then after posting, the last Smiley inside the quote removed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All smiley as the original and inside the quote still there.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using r439 with latest stable Greasemonkey

Please provide any additional information below.

Seems to fail only if :cendols emoticon is on the end of a post.
