OS: Windows 10 IDEA product and version: ItelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2019.3.1

Ruby v2.4.9.362 (x64)

Description

After successful installation (per "gem install scss_lint") and configuration in IntelliJ IDE Settings (-> set executable path of "scss-lint.bat"), IntelliJ IDE says: SCSS Lint This program is blocked by Group Policy.... Snap 2020-01-15 at 09 21 39

Steps to Reproduce

Expected behavior: SCSS IntelliJ Plugin should work

Actual behavior: SCSS IntelliJ Plugin does not work
