This enables some overrides for connectivitycheck.gstatic.com and
connectivitycheck.android.com. newer versions of android uses
gstatic.com instead of android.com.
so it notifies android users that they need to login on this network, making the captive-portal work again on those devices.
Devices tested:
Apple iPad air with iOS 10.3
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge with Android 8.0 rom
Debian 9.3 laptop with firefox
