Missing required modules: 'hex2bin', 'minizip' problems about #1

Hello everyone , we are trying to build IOS demo app but we are getting error when we import import IDOBlueUpdate module. May i have more detail about why we use IDOBlueUpdate module ? Should we use it ? What is the task for IDOBlueUpdate? and IDOBlueProtocol. Error: Missing required modules: 'hex2bin', 'minizip') Xcode Version : 10.3

Please help
