Server side rendering #15

This PR makes it possible to render layers in the server

[x] render layers nested in server and move them out in client render
[x] make sure nested layers are invisible until correctly positioned

This PR also adds some capabilities to the testing infra:

[x] new server fixture tests (run a fixture in node from the browser)
