High - Qualifications and locations earned are flipped between the first and consecutive qualification updates. #52

I noticed that when the Qualifications are loaded, most therapists will have more than one item/qualification added. Looking at the profile, it looks like the first input shows the degree at the top and then the location and year graduated on the second row.

For the second item/qualification, the two rows are flipped.
