Implement OSS Artifactory #3

Provide a clear and concise description of the feature request

Currently, we are using a Trial version of JFrog Artifactory. New to be replaced by the OSS version of Artifactory or get a permanent installation.

Describe the problem that this feature resolves

This will resolve the need to restart a trial version every 14 days.

Could we live with replacing this by Nexus ?

We have replace everyting wil Nexus instead that could be install on the OpenShift Instance
