Production configs
- Update Dockerfile; Added required libs for the container
- Added jinja2 to requirements
- Fix error when sentry dsn is null raising errors
- Remove postgres service in prod
- Enable logging
OpenSPP features
- Add card merging endpoint
- Added celery and redis for async task in card merging
