The first letter inputted in the Reason for sharing textbox disappears and is replaced by a new textbox

Describe the bug When entering the first letter in the Reason for sharing textbox, the first letter disappears and is replaced by a new text box.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

On device A, go to REQUEST (third icon from left)
On device B, go to SCAN (second icon from left)
On device B, scan QR code displayed on device A
Device A should display “Connected to device. Waiting for ID…”. Device B should display “Sharing ID”
Enter text on “Reason for sharing (optional)” in Device B

Expected behavior The textbox should get the inputs normally and any letters should not disappear.
