GOAL Deploy static files and publish our site easily: Container of docs folder should generate automatically after merge without affect the rest of files in source code ( we don' t want a new repository/or new branch for github page) TODO

Update build.yml file from github action to generate github page files
Remove deploy.cmd
Update read me file explain how github page is generated
We don t nee to run deploy.cmd to reset docs folder contains

NB: docs is a container of our github page files

@idrice24 Not works. we want to update docs folder automatically without run a command, just after PR merged
