unify binaries in cli #1118

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

having muliple binaries makes usage via npx a bit annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like

There is only a single binary (iabc), that uses the first argument to figure out what functionality to call.

Additional context

This is a breaking change, so make sure we don't rely on the package version anywhere related to the framework, since that will be 2.0.0 and the framework is in 1.x
