Start at Login

Basically we need to implement a StartAtLoginController (abstracting the list of login items) that is capable of the following:

• check if app (given by string) is in the login items
• remove an app
• as well as add an app to the login items by an identifier string

We then need to add a checkbox in the preferences pane to toggle this very behaviour. The value of the checkbox is set accordingly to the outcome of the function that checks whether or not the app is in the login items. Toggling the button removes or adds them. The value needs to be checked every time the window is opened.
