In stage 1, my aim is to generate a faceted plot indicating the ralation between house aera and price in each region.

Also, the proposal may need to be changed since the number of bathroom is not usable in this dataset: the number of bathroom and bedroom and receition are all the same for each observation. This may result from the error of the original data.

The work has been done. This R markdone takes more time that usual, probably because of we have 3000+ obsevations, and probably because R only utilize one core on my computer...... Please be patient and let the code run.
