Describe the data used or collected. This dataset comprises of various house listings in London and neighboring areas. This dataset contains 11 variables which are 'Property Name', 'Price', 'House Type', 'Area in sq ft', 'No. of Bedrooms', 'No. of Bathrooms', 'No. of Receptions', 'Location', 'City/County' and 'Postal Code'.
Describe how the research question will be answered, e.g. what approaches / methods will be used. The research question is 'Does the number of bathrooms affects the price of the property?'. They tried to show that there is a strong relationship between the number of bathrooms and the price of the property by using response factor: The price of the property (London$Price) and explanatory factor: The number of bathroom in each factor (London$No. of Bathrooms)
Is there anything that is unclear from the proposal? No, this proposal is perfect. I think it’s sufficient.
Provide constructive feedback on how the team might be able to improve their project. It should be considered more factors. Determine the relationship between only number of bathrooms and house price or if there will be relations between different factors.
What aspect of this project are you most interested in and would like to see highlighted in the presentation. The difference of house prices in London.

Describe the data used or collected. This dataset comprises of various house listings in London and neighbouring areas. It also encompasses 11 variables listed below, the definitions of which are quite self-explanatory. Variables with an " " are classified as redundant variables. • Property Name • Price • House Type - Contains one of the following types of houses (House, Flat/Apartment, New Development, Duplex, Penthouse, Studio, Bungalow, Mews) • Area in sq ft • No. of Bedrooms • No. of Bathrooms • No. of Receptions • Location • City/County - Includes London, Essex, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Surrey. • Postal Code *
Describe how the research question will be answered, e.g. what approaches / methods will be used. Firstly, a question is proposed and answered, such as 'Does the number of bathroom affects the price of the property?'. The methods utilised to answer the questions are graph plotting and the use of regression lines. However, a few issues with this approach relating to the data have been identified but will be resolved in the presentation including the presence of confounding variables and the need to solidify the relationship between number of bathrooms and property price.
Is there anything that is unclear from the proposal? In the introduction it is stated 'In this project we will explore how factors such as: Location, House type, Area and Number of bathrooms influence the price of properties in London. We will then use this information to identify the most affordable places to stay given a set of conditions.' and in the Data Analysis Plan it is stated 'The final goal is to answer: “Does the number of bathroom affects the price of the property?”'. The only thing I have found slightly unclear is whether just bathrooms and house price are being related or if there will be additional relationships stated such as location and house price or house type and house price. This is the only thing I have found and it could have been my interpretation being wrong.

What aspect of this project are you most interested in and would like to see highlighted in the presentation. The variety of house prices in London and the trends or correlation of factors attributed to each. Additionally, to then identify the most affordable house given a set of conditions.
