arabic translation issue #1030

Describe the bug when choosing the arabic translation some word didn't change

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the language tool bar
  2. Click on arabic
  3. Scroll down to the report section of the navtab
  4. you will notice that some word stayed in english

Expected behavior all translation should be in arabic
