Many users of the CRM software often miss important deadlines, such as payment due dates or crucial milestones, leading to potential revenue loss or missed opportunities. Additionally, staying updated on key insights and reports is essential for informed decision-making. I propose the implementation of a notification system within the CRM to alert users about upcoming deadlines, overdue invoices, and important insights in reports.

I propose implementing a robust notification system within our CRM software to alert users about critical events, deadlines, and insights. The system should allow users to customize their notification preferences based on their roles, priorities, and preferred communication channels. Notifications should cover a range of scenarios, including upcoming payment deadlines, overdue invoices, important insights in reports. Users should receive notifications in real-time or at scheduled intervals
