Added East Caribbean Dollar in the Currency Code and other fields

Add East Caribbean Dollar Support #1054.

Steps to Test

Login to the portal. Go to the settings section. Go to Currency. Try to add a new currency for the XCD currency code(Eastern Caribbean dollar). (Before it was not present in the list when you search currency code to add it.)
