Show charts and expenses on relevant sections #1081

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently there is no way to view expenses on the dashboard, the demo version has a "charts" tab.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide support for "charts" tab or add new section on dashboard for viewing expenses.
