Error 400 when trying to add new admin

Describe the bug When trying to add a new admin/manager/employee, it says "email or password fields they don't have been entered"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://demo-erp-crm.idurarapp.com/admin'
2. Click on 'Add New Admin'
3. Fill inputs
4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

@salahlalami Issue still here. New installation, no code modifications (except mongo url [ new db as well ]).
