"repo upload . -cbr" should be just "repo upload" #155

This seems to be by far the most common use case.

Also "repo sync ." should be just "repo sync".

should be 

repo start <name>

So we're actually conflating two issues.

One is that we have to use "." when we rarely need it.  (I can see that other 
teams might use it more often.)

The other is having to use -cbr when we never need it.  What's the use case for 
not using -cbr?

And why do I have to pass a captcha when I am logged on with my chromium 
account, which I used to create the bug?
