What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) This pins scrollmonitor to version 1.2.6 as a temporary fix. Longer term we need to improve our JS bundling functionality to support ES modules.

This fixes #752 and is related to #629, which we should prioritize implementing.
