The Simbench data moved to Uni Kassels DaKS | Forschungsdatenrepositorium. Each data set has now an uuid to identify which is unfortunately part of the download path.

[ ] create dict from SimBench Code to uuid
[ ] Fix downloader using the dict to create download link to make simBench2psdm working again
