Mixin inheritance #9

Moves common summarization to mixins (base, unique, zeros mixin)
Improves handling of inf and na values (option, inf mixin)
Summarize calls super.summarize_op(series) to inherit parent summary.
Includes changes from [#8]

Note that there are two boolean tests still failing, because there is no nullable boolean in pandas, numpy or python by default.
