Create the google form for the arduino day

Arduino day is in less than a month. We should invite speakers to join our event. A google form is a quick and easy solution to that problem.

The google form should describe (or point to a resource that does) what we are doing and when we are doing it.

The speaker should be able to fill:

• Some personal details
• Contact info
• The public title of their talk
• A small description of their talk
• A generic text input for anything else they want to share

• I've wrote that we will contact them max 2 days after the submission.
• I've wrote that we will announce the results a week before the event.

Also I'm not sure about the topic form control. We may have to replace the select input with check boxes.That will also give the user the ability to write a topic themselves.

I set the 2 days as the acknowledgement period. So we can send theme "ACK, Someone saw your proposal. thanks for submitting it.". I changed the rest info.

We should also add a note about what we provide (e.g. a projector, laptop, a presenter etc)
