The Bio+Med+Vis Workshop Chair information is wrong.

It should be:

Barbora Kozlikova, Masaryk University, Czech Republic Nils Gehlenborg, Harvard Medical School, USA Laura Garrison, University of Bergen, Norway Eric Mörth, Harvard Medical School, USA Simon Warchol, Harvard University, USA Morgan Turner, Harvard Medical School, USA
