What's IEEE section has been added in About Us Page.

HTML for new section is in file mission.html

looked at it- I think it might be nice to have another header separating the about us blurb and the members list. Also, I think the about us information could use some more padding/formatting to look a bit nicer. Could you and Priyanka continue working on it on a branch and submit a pull request?
