`articleno` entry for bibtex

Hi,

As the camera-ready formatting guideline indicates, proceeding papers and journal articles should include article numbers as needed (particularly those recently published in ACM conference proceedings).

However, current bst files (e.g., abbrv-doi-hyperref.bst) do not support articleno entry. Is it possible for the format templates to be updated to reflect this change?

Currently, I made a custom edit in the abbrv-doi-hyperref.bst file.

• Adding

• Replacing

Then, an inproceedings entry appears like:
