Added mathtools dependency #8

Adding math libraries like amsmath yields the following error: Package cleveref Error: cleveref must be loaded after amsmath!.

This PR adds the more recent mathtools directly before cleveref in the .cls file, enabling math notation directly and avoiding dependency order errors.
