Ubuntu 18.04 needs libgles2-mesa-dev #23

Hi,

Building on Ubuntu 18.04 I found that I also needed the following to get the build to work:

sudo apt-get install libgles2-mesa-dev

Small point I know, but you might want to update the readme.
